Leg tricks are the first tricks that you should practice deciding to skip-rope for whatever reason. This is because leg tricks, generally speaking, do not interfer with the path of rope. In other words, in simple leg tricks, you do not have to concentrate on your wrists and elbows to change the path of rope. To be honest, I think most leg tricks are self-explanatory.
Bell

The image on the left is a little exagerated.
- Start with a single under. (turnig the rope once in one jump)

Immediately after the rope passes below your feet, hop to the front with your feet close together.
- The rope should pass under your feet at this point.

In the next jump, hop to the back with your feet together.
- The rope should pass under your feet again.
- Keep repeating steps 2 to 3.
Skiier

- Start with a single under.

Immediately after the rope passes under your feet, hop to left (or right) with your feet together.
- The rope should pass under your feet at this point.

In the next jump, hop to the oppsosite direction from the last one with your feet together.
- The rope should pass under your feet again.
- Keep repeating steps 2 to 3.

- A single under serves as "rock".

Split your legs to left and right before you land.
- The rope passes under your feet at this point.
- This represents "paper".

Jump up and this time, split your legs to left and right before you land.
- The rope passes your feet again.
- This represents "scissors".

- Keep repeating rock, paper, or scissors in whatever order you like.
