Cross tricks expand your trick variation radically. The important and unique quality that the cross does not have to be done in front of you. You could cross your hands behind your back, or even split your cross, so that one hand is in the front while the other is in the back.
Crossover

- Start with a single under.
- When rope comes right above your head, start crossing your hands in front of you.

Right after you cross your hands, turn your wrists once in the opposite rotation
from the original rotation.
- The rope should pass under your feet at this point.

As you finish that single opposite rotation, open your hands.
- The rope should pass under your feet again.
- repeat steps 2 to 4.
Continuous Cross

- Start with a single under.
- When rope comes right above your head, cross your hands. Make sure to cross your arms deeply.
- Right after you cross your hands, starte turnig your wrists in the opposite direction from the original rotation.
- Continue turning the rope in that direction with your hands crossed.
Crossover in the back

- Start with a single under.
- Immediately after rope passes under your feet, cross your hands in the back.
- Right after you cross your hands, turn your wrists once in the opposite rotatin from the original rotation; the rope should pass under your feet.
- When rope passes under yout feet, open your hands, then turn your wrists in the original rotation; the rope should pass under your feet.
- Repeat 2-4.
Front and Back: Split Cross

- Swing the rope to left side with both hands.
- Put the left hand behind your back towards right while putting the right hand in front towards left.
- Turn both wrists so that the rope passes above your head then below your feet.
