Solving the 4x4

Here I've written a solution to solve a 4x4: The Rubik's Revenge.
Basically, you need to know how to solve a 3x3, and solve it pretty fluent with no problems.

Knowing Which Face Goes Where...

Yup, this is important...

The BIG difference between the Revenge and the rest is that it's an even cube...
What's the big deal?
Well, considering that the centers could be in any position (like, orange can be beside red)... You would need to know what colour goes where...



Like for example here... I have my white right beside my yellow...
What's wrong? Once you start solving it, you'll notice that it won't solve.

Really, it won't, so you'll have to memorize which face goes where...

Normally, each colour has its opposite, they are:
Blue - Green.
White - Yellow.
Red - Orange.

So, you'll never see any face beside its opposite (unless you have a different-coloured cube).

Also, you need to know where each of them actually position on the cube...
A good way to memorize is look at the 3x3 and memorize it there.

Tip: How I memorized it is that I hold the cube with my left hand with the white face, right hand with the yellow face.
For there, I find the blue face and have it in front of me... Under the blue face should be red, then green, and lastly orange.

Just takes practice, as always...
