My Note / Story:
⇒ If you don't know how to make nice chopped walnuts, just keep
reading down this note. Trust me, it is really easy. Roast unchopped walnuts at 130°c
for 30 minutes, then chopped into tiny bits. Walnuts smell better and stronger after they
are rosted.
⇒ Another suggestion for this recipe, if you want to eat something sweeter, or if
you want to make this dessert look better so that you can give it to your friend as a gift,
you can actually sprinkle some extra icing sugar on the chocolate snowballs. But do remember to
sprinkle icing sugar when the snowballs are still hot so that the icing sugar would stick
on the snowballs. This recipe can make about 29 snowballs.
⇒ I personally think this dessert
is more like little loosen cake after my first bite, although it is not my top-favorite, but
I love the flavor of this dessert, which is not too sweet and very chocolate.
